Before Your Lash Appointment: Please remove ALL eye makeup and mascara prior to any lash extension or lash lift appointment! A Lash Bath can be added for $10 and Hydrating Lip Mask for $5. Remember you cannot get your lashes wet, sweaty, or hot for at least 24 hours after your appointment so please plan accordingly. Micropigmentation/Permanent Makeup, Micro-Needling, or Waxing Appointment: Avoid use of retinol, Retin-A, Tretinoin, or any other chemically exfoliating products for at least 3 days prior to your appointment. Avoid consuming alcohol and avoid Advils 24 hours before appointment for quicker recovery and healing time.
Micropigmentation / Permanent Makeup will require around a week of recovery time so it is crucial to avoid showering or bath, sweating, heat, or getting these areas wet especially the first 72 hours post-procedure and then clients can continue to be cautious not to pick or pull any areas of the skin for best recovery. Aftercare take home ointment will be provided for you.
Permanent Eyeliner Appointment: Please remove all eyelash extensions to avoid them from getting caught during wiping sessions. Avoid consuming alcohol and avoid Advils 24 hours before appointment for quicker recovery and healing time.
All Services and Sales Are Non-Refundable. One person’s idea of “natural” can be someone else’s “glam” and vice versa, so DO let us know if you are looking for a more subtle or a more dramatic outcome. If you unsatisfied with your service, please communicate with your provider or staff member before you leave so we can address it promptly. Clients have up to 72 hours to call or text 404.816.6006 to notify us if you are having a rare allergic reaction, have questions, or if you have feedback on how we could improve your service. Please reach out to us directly because we have not done our job properly as a service provider if you are not satisfied with our work. All of our services are non-refundable so communicating with us directly will help us to better serve you.
Cancellations, No Shows, and Rescheduling with less than a 24 hr notice will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of total services of your scheduled visit. If we can find someone else to fill your spot in time, your cancellation fee can be waived!
To cancel, modify, or reschedule your visit without being charged the 50% cancellation fee, you can do so online, on our 5-star app, or by calling or texting 404.816.6006 at least 24 hours in advance.
We really appreciate those who give us heads up to charge a cancellation fee with your service provider when you are no longer able to make it to your appointment with less than a 24hr notice. Grace Period: Clients can receive up to a 10-minute late grace period. At times our providers may also run behind schedule if we are having to do more work than expected, however we will do our best to notify you if we are running behind.
